I worked with Brittany on some pretty deep issues. I come from a long line of mental illness and alcohol and other abuses in my family.  I have 6 daughters I have tried very hard to break patterns of abuse for my girls, my husband, myself and family. I have know I would be the chain breaker for a long time, it seemed like as a teen, every time I would get a blessing that would be said. I asked Brittany to just lead where my body wanted to go and when she told me what she had worked on I was so grateful. I had been fasting the day before to break some chains and change family DNA. I sat and prayed and meditated through her work and knew her work and my fast were an answer to prayer. A couple days latter I found this quote by Carlfred Broderick "Although they may suffer innocently as victims of violence, neglect, and exploitation, through the grace of God some find the strength to metabolize the poison within themselves, refusing to pass it on to future generations. Before them were generations of destructive pain; after them the line flows clear and pure"  I refuse to pass on the garbage handed to me. I would to thank Brittany for helping me throw much of it away:}

" I have discovered that the few Body Talk sessions I have had with Brittany that I have felt more in tune with my body. I have felt its calming effects on me physically, and together we have found the underlying cause to my shoulder pain. "Brittany did a session for my daughter and shared the results of the session with me. It gave me goosebumps reading the answers because it was so accurate. I had not told her anything about us and we are in a different country to Brittany.

She released a prenatal emotion of horror which she had since I was pregnant with her. I had fled from an abusive partner and was afraid of being found by him. I was also scared and afraid how life would be after having a baby and being a single mom.

She also had an underlying cause behind her asthma which is low self-esteem and creative insecurity which was from age 12. The creative insecurity was really interesting because she is a creative person, and from about 12 years of age was struggling with which creative discipline to pursue for study.

She was also insecure about her musical ability and had a breakthrough and can now play much better and with confidence. She started using the inhalers for asthma regularly at about 12 or 13 years of age. She also did a very intense two year Art course in one year.

She felt better after the session with Brittany and and her eczema cleared up for a while. I recommend Brittany's sessions as she can do them without having to see you face to face or over Skype. We are in another country and different time zone, it was eerily accurate and she had no prior knowledge of us. All she knew was my daughter's first name, age, and conditions she was seeking help for.

I owe everything to my dear friend who referred me to Body Talk and a big shout out to all who practice BodyTalk By Britt thank you for what you do! My Life has never been better I've only been through a few sessions and the change is incomprehensible, and beautiful! Everything is better and on the rise, don't get me wrong I still have my problems like everybody else does but there is so much we can manage in our lives it would be irresponsible of anyone not to at least try it out sometime, my emotions have never been more stable, I love my life!

"THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU SOOO VERY MUCH! I have been soo pleased by our session. I ended up having a really bad migraine all day on Saturday and started having relief as you were doing the session. It was fantastic! I had tried everything from oils, dark rooms, cold and hot water baths and pain meds to major caffeine.

I was curious if my hunch was right and you had just done the session and there was your email sitting in my inbox. I haven't had any in the last few days either which has been unbelievable. I cant' even express how happy I am. I have also noticed I don't have the brain fog I used to have. My mind feels so clear and wide now."

Brittany did a great job! I had some trapped emotions and a heart wall. She said which trapped emotions she had released and told me what ages I was when when they had become trapped. I could totally think of the times when those emotions had become trapped!!! I also had an inherited emotion of "love unreceived" from my mother and looking at my parents' relationship, I can totally see why she had that emotion!  I already feel a little lighter. Thank you, Brittany! 

My heart is full of gratitude and appreciation from our clearing session. I know that my recent break throughs and successes are from the work that was done. My mindset and focus feels completely different. I feel excited to accomplish my tasks throughout the day instead of dreading them and not wanting to begin. I understand that this is just the beginning but at least now I am taking those steps!! Thank you for sharing your gift!!
