Understanging Energy Healing
Western care mainly focuses on the physical body.
Growing up with a Father specialized as an ear nose and throat surgeon, I saw an obvious
need and appreciation for doctors and western care.
But if we only focus on the physical side of healing we lose sight of the emotional and spiritual aspect of the bodymind complex; this can results in a vicious cycle of endless dr visits and prescription drugs to try to out run the symptoms the bodymind is exhibiting.
You see, the physical body is not separate from the emotional or spirit body that encompass everything
that make up who we are as being.
We are much more than blood in our veins or the symphony of commands and impulses directed by our brain, we are living beings living an emotional and spiritual life inside a physical body.
When there is disharmony within the emotional/spiritual body it will manifest in the physical body also known as dis-ease. When our bodies begin to manifest physical symptoms such as pain or a particular diagnosis such as arthritis,PCOS, insomnia, infertility, depression, obesity, anxiety, chrons disease, constipation, hyperthyroid, hypoglycemia and food intolerances and allergies and so on….
Its really our subconscious reaching through to the physical level to tell our conscious mind “hey! Something is not right here! I am not okay and there are things you need to resolve and work through on one of these levels emotional, spiritual or physical. Our bodies are constantly trying to speak to us to let us know what it needs in order to heal.

As an Energy Healer I am certified as a BodyTalk Practitioner and Emotion code practitioner, I use a system known as muscle testing or neuro muscular biofeedback. Very similar to kinesiology. Muscle testing allows me to access communication with the body’s subconscious mind and ask why certain ailments are occurring in the physical body. This give a voice to the body to tell its side of the story.
So what kind of messages do I receive from the subconscious of a client?
The most commons ones are Trapped surpressed emotions that have been left to fester within the body creating all sorts of imbalances on a physical level. Some of these Trapped emotions or active memories can even be inherited imbalances in which case can be affecting multiple people and if not dealt with can be pass that on to children.
Through communicating with the body we can find core belief systems, negative energies, pathogens, toxins, nutritional and supplemental deficiencies as well as misalignments with any organ, endocrine or bodypart.The value of allowing the body to tell its side of the story is existential to finding freedom from disease and harboring peace and healing into your life.

"I have had horrible sleep for a very long time! Try years. And recently it's been out of hand, especially with circumstances that have occurred in my life. Let me tell ya, it's miserable trying to function with little to no sleep. I have tried everything from Sleepy Time Tea to actual medication given to me by my doctor. Nothing was working.
